To direct the sustainable growth of Congress, Meeting and Event activities, to create a desire to achieve more excellence in institutions and organizations serving in the sector, to bring together the M.I.C.E. sector and corporate companies that receive service from the sector through the award night., ACE of M.I.C.E. Meeting and Event Awards wanted to carry out digital communication before, during and after the event in a cross-platform manner.

Creative Solution

In this cross-platform communication campaign, which we started by handling the digital communication before the event, with the media purchases made for the brand at the national level, the multidimensional animated images we created were published in outdoor advertising spaces in transportation networks such as airports, metro stations, piers etc. We strengthened the cross-platform communication of the event and increased the number of people we reached, with the website which we designed and developed as part of the pre-event communication. In addition to the photography and video production support we provided with our professional in-house production team during the event, we also undertook the real-time digital communication of the event with our expert digital media staff in the field. With the content we created after the event, we took our influence a step further and reached hundreds of thousands of people with our after-event contents.
